    Administrative Organization: On behalf of Ningbo People’s Municipal Government, NETD is entitled with equal authorization to provincial governments in terms of approving foreign funded projects. It is responsible for the investment & development, economic and social courses. It is authorized for approving projects with investment below 30 million U.S.D. The functional departments of NETD provides one-stop free services such as consultation, negotiation, signing agreement, approval for establishment and so on, till the enterprises put into operation.
