The public security bureau,prosecution and courts are available in the zone, with the full authorization by the State. The People’s Congress of Zhejiang Province has issued <Clauses of Administration of Ningbo Economic & Technical Development Zone>, aiming to create a reliable legislation guarantee and a secured society to investors in the zone.
